<Returns and exchanges>
We will exchange the following products at our expense:
・If the product you ordered is different from the product you received
・If the product you receive is damaged or dirty due to issues during shipping
We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience after the order has been completed.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, it is your responsibility to receive your package.
If you return the product after it has been shipped due to an extended absence or refusal to accept it, you will be required to pay the actual shipping costs both ways and various fees.
In addition, if cancellations continue due to long-term absence, refusal to accept deliveries, non-payment of bank transfers, etc., we will decline your order and suspend your use of our store.
In case of incorrect delivery or initial defect
We inspect all products according to our own standards before shipping them out, but in the unlikely event that there is a mistake in delivery or an initial defect in a brand new, unused product, we will exchange the product.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the [Exchange/Return Policy] and *Notes* below and contact us via Inquiry within 5 days of receiving the product .
We cannot accept returns for products that have been received more than 5 days after the arrival date, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
Once we have confirmed the item through photos etc., we will exchange it for a good product.
We will only accept returns or exchanges for the same product if the product you receive is found to be defective or if the product you received is different from what you ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:
・Products for which order information cannot be confirmed
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Items without tags
・Items that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
- Products that have been used even once, or have been repaired or cleaned
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
- Products with damaged or removed product packaging, tags, accessories, etc.
・Small scratches within our store's standards
(The products are handcrafted one by one by local artisans. Although they are made with great care, please understand that due to the fact that they are handcrafted, there may be slight differences in size and balance, as well as small scratches that do not interfere with normal use.)
・We cannot accept refunds without prior notice, so please be sure to contact us.
Once an order has been completed, we cannot accept any changes, additions or cancellations to products.

・If the item is out of stock, we will repair it or provide a refund.
・We cannot accept packages that have not been confirmed by our store.
